BEAUTIFUL PICTURES OF SWITZERLAND IN WINTER
I just did it – I had my first winter holidays ever. And as a Switzerland lover, I picked Switzerland for this trip. As a regular reader and an Instagram follower, this probably doesn’t come as a surprise.
I had never skied before, I had never really spent a lot of time in the snow…and after 9 days in Switzerland this January, I am convinced: Switzerland is a winter wonderland.
The first day, I was sure, I would not like Switzerland in winter as much as Switzerland in the summer/fall/spring but this changed after a few days and now, I think Switzerland is as amazing in the winter as it is in the summer.
Whether you enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowshoe hiking or or or…There is so much to do and so much beauty to enjoy – I will write detailed guides on the destinations and activities I did but for now, these pictures hopefully give you an idea, of why Switzerland in the winter is STUNNING!
