So, how does customized itinerary planning work for your Switzerland trip?  

How It Works

1. Consultation: You will receive a questionnaire, so I know about your preferences, interests, and any specific requests, but also your budget. Based on this, I will start with a rough planning of your itinerary. My service also includes a 45-minute phone call (Zoom or WhatsApp), where we talk about your preferences, budgets, etc. 
2. Customization: I design a detailed itinerary tailored to your needs, including accommodation, activities, and dining recommendations.
3. Review & Refine: You review the itinerary, and I make any necessary adjustments to ensure it’s perfect.

Pricing of a Customized Switzerland Itinerary

• €299 ($329) for up to 7 nights
• €39 ($45) for each additional day
• What you will receive: a PDF file with a detailed daily itinerary including activities, approximate travel times, links to recommend hotels, and more,
• This includes a 40-minute phone call via Zoom or WhatsApp, where we can discuss the itinerary, answer your questions, etc. 
• I will provide relevant links for booking tours, activities, and more, but I will not handle the bookings myself.
• If you have any questions, would like to make some changes, I am happy to make some adjustment to your itinerary within 72 hours after receiving the itinarary.
• Please allow up to 7 days for me to complete the 1. itinerary after our initial phone call.

Express Itinerary Service

Are you traveling within soon (maybe even this summer?) and need a quick turnaround for your itinerary? I offer an express service to meet your urgent needs. We can schedule our first phone call within 24 hours of payment, and you will receive a draft of the itinerary within 48 hours after our consultation call.

If you’ve drafted your own itinerary or have any questions you’d like answered in a hassle-free manner (or if you would like feedback on its feasibility), you can request a consulting call with me.

Please send me your ideas or itinerary 24 hours before the consultation call so I can prepare thoroughly and ensure all your questions are addressed during our conversation. 

We can proceed directly to the phone call without a draft itinerary if you prefer.
